A few things you might be wondering.
Because starting therapy can feel like a big enough step without having to wonder what happens next.

To get started, schedule a free 15-minute consultation through my secure online booking link. We’ll briefly discuss what support you’re looking for and whether working together feels like a good fit.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Many people reach out because something feels harder than it should, they feel stuck in patterns they don’t understand, or they know something needs to change but aren’t sure where to begin.
Therapy is a space to slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and figure out what comes next.
-
Our first session is about getting to know you — your story, what brought you to therapy, and what you’re hoping to work through.
You don’t need to prepare the perfect explanation or know exactly what to say. We’ll start where you are and begin making sense of what’s been happening.
-
You are not expected to walk into therapy with everything organized.
Part of our work together is slowing down, noticing patterns, asking questions, and exploring the things that may be difficult to name on your own.

Yes. I provide virtual therapy for women anywhere in Florida.
Online therapy allows you to meet from the comfort of your own space while still creating a private, intentional place for meaningful work.
-
At this time, I offer virtual sessions only.
Many clients appreciate the flexibility of meeting from home and being able to prioritize therapy without adding travel time to an already full schedule.
-
My private pay rates are $180 for a 50-minute session and $280 for a 90-minute session.
Both options offer dedicated time to explore what’s bringing you to therapy, with the flexibility to choose the session length that best fits your needs.
Not sure? We can figure that out together.
